What made you select them?
I selected them because he's inspiring to me, I am also a swimmer and I want to try to get to the Olympic games/ Commonwealth games one day.
Why do they stand out from other people?
Because I swim and I wanted to pick a person that also does one of my sports that I do. Also he has had a lot of success.
What makes them unique?
That they have made it to the world stage of swimming and that is very inspiring for me to look up to and try to make as much success as him.
What is a virtue?
A virtue is a trait that is believed to be good and valued.
Dignity: He showed dignity by sacrificing a lot of things like family issues/meetings, Parties and going out with friends etc.
Goodness: Trent showed this by getting up in the morning and going to training. Doing all the right things including eating, sleeping and training right.
Integrity: He was honest with himself and did all the right things to get to the world stage like sacrificing things to go to training. Eating all the right things to have the energy to keep and sleeping well and long so he has a lot of energy in the morning.
